This allows you to receive information about specials, new products, discount offers, and craft shows we will be visiting. I saw a product at a show, but cannot find it on your web site. How can I get it?
Not every item available at shows or in our print catalog is available on-line. We are trying to post as many items as possible. However, we will not be able to list them all. You can call us a call at (740)653-9190, and we will try to locate the item for you.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Orders placed on-line will not be charged for shipping. However, orders placed over the phone will have to pay the normal shipping charges.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours. However, it could take up to 6 weeks if we need to custom make your product.
Do you ship overseas or Canada?
Yea, special shipping charges could apply. Please call us at (740) 653-9190 for answers to your questions.
How long will it take to get my custom lampshade?
Custom lampshades can take up to 6 weeks or more to complete. This depends on the time of year when you order your shade and the complication of the design.
What is your return policy?
No unauthorized returns will be accepted. Authorized returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If product is damaged in shippment you must contact delivery or freight company. Any questions or for return information call us at (740)653-9190.
Are your lampshades, wood pins & ornaments, etc. imported?
All of our lampshades, pins, and ornaments are handmade in Lancaster, Ohio.
How do you measure your lampshades?
A x B x C
Where A is the measurement of the top ring, B is the measurement of the bottom ring, and C is the height measurement.
Can you pick a different shade than the one pictured on the lamp?
Yes, if you do not like the one the shade pictured, you can give us a call at (740)653-9190 and we will work with you to satisify your needs.
Do you custom make lampshades?
We can custom make almost any paper or fabric lampshade. Just call us at (740)653-9190 with your shade measurements.
Do you make a lampshade that screws onto a lamp socket?
We do make a shade that screws onto a lamp socket. It is called a 'uno shade'.
How do you clean a lampshade?
The best way to clean a lampshade is to dust them periodically. If they get wet or stained it is nearly impossible to clean them.
Will you recover my old lampshade?
Yes, we can recover most old lampshades. Just give us a call at (740) 653-9190.

How long do light bulbs last?
Most of our light bulbs will last approximately 1,500 hours.
Do you make tissue box covers that go over a rectangle box?
At this time we do not make a cover for a rectangle tissue box cover.
How many bags can a plastic bagholder hold?
Our bagholders can hold between 40-60 plastic bags.
What are these rag balls and spools used for?
We use the rag balls and spools for decoration. For example, we put them in jar lamps and basket lamps.
